Introduction

The Glasgow School of Art internationally recognised as one of Europes foremost higher education institutions for creative education and research in fine art, design and architecture. The Glasgow School of Art is a small, specialist and highly focused international creative community undertaking research at the highest levels. In the latest UK-wide Research Assessment Exercise, the GSA was ranked as the second largest art and design research community in the UK, with 25% of our research considered to be world leading and a further 25% internationally recognised.

GSA an immensely stimulating place - a creative hothouse where new ideas are always encouraged and developed through learning, teaching and research which is studio based, face to face, professionally relevant and socially engaged.
