Introduction
Heriot-Watt is located in the main on a apacious campus a few miles from the centre of Edinburgh. A first thing to note is ratio of postgraduates to undergraduates - they are almost identical, which is pretty unique for a UK university. Numbers are relatively low overall too, making this both an academically sound and very friendly place to study.
Heriot-Watt was established to drive innovation in science and technology in Scotland and in those areas it continues to excel. The Edinburgh Business School also has a very respected reputation around the world for providing the very latest in management training. An excellent university in a sublime academic environment.
